Terms and Conditions for SMS & Email Communication

By registering for a webinar hosted by Michel Robe, you agree to receive SMS and email communications in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Consent to Receive Communications:
By providing your phone number and email address during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email reminders from Michel Robe related to upcoming webinars, events, real estate services, and relevant follow-up information.
These communications may include:
Webinar reminders and updates
Property and listing information
Appointment and showing notifications
Market updates and service-related information
Promotional and marketing messages
You acknowledge that:
SMS text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto dialer)
Standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and service plan
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service
Opt-Out and Support:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive.
After sending “STOP,” you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by replying “START” or opting in again through a registration form.
Reply “HELP” for assistance.
To opt out of email communications, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive. You may still receive transactional or service-related communications when necessary.

By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Michel Robe may collect and use your personal data (including first name, last name, phone number, and email address) for the purposes of sending SMS and email communications. Michel Robe is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by factors outside of its control, including carrier issues, network failures, or device limitations.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws in the United States and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction in which you reside.
